**Job Title:** Director of Purchased Services Supplier Engagement<\/p>\n
**Job Description:**
\nThis position plays a pivotal role in fostering supplier engagement by collaborating within a matrix organization to strengthen relationships between suppliers and members, including hospitals, health systems, and collaboratives, to enhance alignment with the Purchased Services GPO portfolio. Utilizing Premier\/Conductiv data tools and technology, the Director of Purchased Service Supplier Engagement will work directly with suppliers to drive strategic member engagement, implement contract uptake, and deliver value while increasing administrative fee revenue through the comprehensive Purchased Services contract portfolio. By analyzing AP data, this role will proactively identify and secure new on-contract opportunities within Purchased Services, ensuring sustained supplier collaboration and achieving or exceeding target Net Admin Fee (NAF) growth goals.<\/p>\n
**Primary Responsibilities:**
\n– Drive successful GPO contract adoption by leveraging supplier contract opportunities such as activations, alignments, and conversions.
\n– Foster strategic supplier relationships to enhance contract compliance and alignment with member needs.
\n– Ensure the retention and growth of existing GPO spend through proactive engagement with suppliers and members.
\n– Expand contract coverage by identifying new suppliers.
\n– Consistently achieve and exceed key performance targets, including Net Admin Fee (NAF) growth, through strategic supplier collaboration and engagement initiatives.<\/p>\n
**Additional Responsibilities:**
\n– Cultivate and enhance supplier relationships.
\n– Act as the primary liaison for high-priority issues and opportunities.
\n– Strategically plan, execute, and oversee purchased service GPO strategies and initiatives.
\n– Identify and prioritize high-potential growth opportunities for supplier engagement.
\n– Provide project management leadership.
\n– Maintain comprehensive documentation of supplier activities and progress.<\/p>\n
**Key Qualifications:**
\n– 7 or more years of work experience.
\n– Bachelor’s degree required.
\n– Skills in supplier relationship management, business development, purchased services, data analysis, and healthcare technology.
\n– Experience in project management and business intelligence.<\/p>\n

**Salary Range:** $99,000 – $185,000<\/p>\n
