The objective of this role is to manage and administer ALDI Supply Chain programs by economically securing product for the business, which in turn, promotes the company\u2019s objectives of maximizing sales and controlling expenses. Starting Wage: $26.00 per hour<\/p>\n
Wage Increases: Year 2 – $26.75 | Year 3 – $27.75 | Year 4 – $28.75<\/p>\n

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI\u2019s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).<\/p>\n
Duties And Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Supports direct leader in implementation of the Supply Chain Management strategy.
\n\u2022 Assists with testing of new procedures and systems.
\n\u2022 Communicates effectively with divisions, vendors, other internal and external parties, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
\n\u2022 Provides general administration, word processing and data entry support.
\n\u2022 Prioritizes own tasks, takes responsibility for results, and uses escalation paths if needed.
\n\u2022 Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
\n\u2022 Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and\/or sensitive information.

Physical Requirements
\n\u2022 Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
\n\u2022 Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
\n\u2022 Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard\/mouse.
\n\u2022 Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.<\/p>\n
Travel
\n\u2022 Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.<\/p>\n
