\n\u2022 Collaborate with respective customer on item number creation, along with any other respective documentation needed prior to shipment.
\n\u2022 Coordination with internal partners on sample management, including the retention of items for reference in Bentonville and delivery to the customer\u2019s office.
\n\u2022 Analyze and build customer orders to ensure high in-stocks and minimize financial liabilities.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Provide reporting of outbound shipments to FAM team, escalating any potential issues.
\n\u2022 In coordination with Pod Supply Chain Manager, track key events (Black Friday, ISBs, etc.) to ensure on-time available to ship.
\n\u2022 Report weekly on OTIF metrics, identifying areas of improvement and how to execute.
\n\u2022 Key contributor within POD Supply Chain meetings.
\n\u2022 Provide new ideas for reporting and process improvement.
\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications
\n\u2022 Bachelors in Supply Chain, Retail Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or 4+ years of experience in club supply chain\/replenishment
\n\u2022 Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
\n\u2022 Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n
Preferred Additional Skills
\n\u2022 5+ years of customer facing supply chain experience in apparel or home categories
\n\u2022 Tableau, PowerBI experience
\n\u2022 Experience in Retail Link, Nova, Circana\/Madrid, Scintilla
\n\u2022 Ability to leverage data to provide customer and brand insights
\n\u2022 Third Party Service Provider (Anderson\/Acosta) management<\/p>\n
COMPENSATION At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate\u2019s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).<\/p>\n
Compensation Range: $90,000 USD – $105,000 USD<\/p>\n
