As a Procurement Specialist\/Liaison Officer you will be responsible for;
\n\u2022 Coordinate procurement activities
\n\u2022 Actively monitoring the supply chain planning, and ensuring an adequate execution of planning by company’s supply chain\/ procurement
\n\u2022 Supporting the “time optimization” by providing a weekly report about the individual project status, schedule adherence, delivery adherence, critical issues and actions related to it.
\n\u2022 Pursuing program supply management to allow timely decisions to resolve these critical issues in order to prevent impact to the projects progress.
\n\u2022 Working with cross-functional teams (including global teams) and have direct communication with team members on operational matters related to project schedule, technical specifications, and SOW
\n\u2022 Attend project reviews with the aim of providing a clear and coherent message to the liaison organization.<\/p>\n
Qualifications;
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree\/ Master’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent degree
\n\u2022 4+ years experience in supply chain\/ supplier development and production
\n\u2022 Experience with procurement activities
\n\u2022 Ability to work autonomously
\n\u2022 Set-up and coordinate meetings and other arrangements
\n\u2022 Possess excellent written and oral skills<\/p>\n
Salary Range: $85,000 to $125,000<\/p>\n
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience<\/p>\n
