Collins Aerospace is looking to hire a Supply Chain Lead, Operations for the Commercial Landing Gear business. You will be working as an individual contributor to improve how Landing Systems Supply Chain supports and meets the needs of the value stream, while aligning with the Supply Chain (SC) teams and the needs of the wider business. In this role, you will combine analysis and reporting along with hands-on application within each of the departments in Supply Chain to ensure excellence in the overall performance of operations. You will also collaborate with the shipping, inventory, planning, quality, and operations teams whenever needed.<\/p>\n
What You Will Do
\n\u2022 Be the Operational SC member of the value stream for Commercial Landing Gear, including supporting new product introduction
\n\u2022 Lead and mentor other SC professionals
\n\u2022 Represent SC at daily Tier reviews, IPT, Customer, and other appropriate meetings involving supply and demand.
\n\u2022 Create and provide cadenced Supply Chain health reports to internal customers.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with Procurement to manage Supply issues providing clear, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Support the business in the development and implementation of supplier strategies and projects to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
\n\u2022 Lead and be involved in Continuous Improvement (CORE) activities involving supply and demand.
\n\u2022 Manage moderately sized improvement projects and initiatives.
\n\u2022 Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and to resolve complex supplier issues and drive systemic lessons learned.
\n\u2022 Work in a matrix organization and use effective influencing skills to ensure materials are delivered to plan.
\n\u2022 Present at an executive level regularly both issue status and improvement activities.
\n\u2022 Use leading KPI metrics to identify and then drive improvement activities.
\n\u2022 Be accountable for facilitating the resolution of problems with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Communicate and present data to leadership.
\n\u2022 Be flexible and willing to travel approximately 10% and to work flexible hours to support business requirements.
\n\u2022 Perform other duties as required.<\/p>\n
Qualifications You Must Have
\n\u2022 Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
\n\u2022 U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/current\/title-22\/chapter-I\/subchapter-M\/part-120\/subpart-C\/section-120.62
\n\u2022 3 years of experience in supply gap analysis
\n\u2022 5 years of experience with Enterprise Planning Resource (ERP) and\/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software.
\n\u2022 Experience with procurement<\/p>\n
Qualifications We Prefer
\n\u2022 Experience with logistics, inventory management, and\/or procurement
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
\n\u2022 Experience leading the team, directly or indirectly.
\n\u2022 Experience working in a SIOP Organization.
\n\u2022 Experience with SAP.
\n\u2022 Continuous Improvement (CORE) problem solving background.
\n\u2022 Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management.
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of data analysis with the ability to develop actionable insights from the data.
\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skilled.
\n\u2022 Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines.<\/p>\n

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD – 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate\u2019s work experience, location, education\/training, and key skills.<\/p>\n
