Minimum qualifications:

\nIn the role of Quality and Reliability Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will work with quality Technical Leads, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and other key contributors and stakeholders to define quality targets, monitor key metrics, initiate corrective and preventative actions as needed, and regularly report quality status to leadership and cross functional teams.

\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.
\n\u2022 Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making. Ensure governance structure effectively exposes and mitigates dependencies.
\n\u2022 Seek out and identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and which affect multiple teams.
\n\u2022 Lead data analysis effort in support of quality goals. Investigate quality escapes by working with analytics and engineering teams
\n\u2022 Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Server Operations, Reliability and Product and Supplier Quality teams to drive quality initiatives<\/p>\n
