We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reserving and accurately maintaining master data records for assigned product categories within the ERP system. This role requires proficiency in working with large and complex sets of item data and utilizing mass upload tools to update material settings. The successful candidate will review audit reports to ensure data accuracy, fulfill daily tasks, and drive priorities while adapting according to business needs. Developing strong relationships and collaborating with internal business partners is essential, as is adhering to data governance and quickly resolving issues as they arise. The role also includes presenting during monthly report outs to leadership and other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\n\u2022 Reserve and maintain master data records for assigned product categories within the ERP system.
\n\u2022 Work with large and complex sets of item data.
\n\u2022 Utilize mass upload tools to update material settings.
\n\u2022 Review audit reports to ensure data accuracy.
\n\u2022 Fulfill daily tasks and drive priorities, adapting according to business needs.
\n\u2022 Develop strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners (Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance).
\n\u2022 Provide input on nonstandard requests and help resolve issues.
\n\u2022 Adhere to data governance.
\n\u2022 Quickly problem solve and resolve issues.
\n\u2022 Present during monthly report outs to leadership.
\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned.
\nEssential Skills
\n\u2022 Experience as a planner or in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and organizing pivot tables.
\n\u2022 Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle (HUGE PLUS).
\n\u2022 Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations to Supply Chain, Marketing, and Engineering counterparts.
\n\u2022 1+ years of experience in fields related to Supply Chain.
\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Engineering strongly preferred.
\nWork Environment<\/p>\n
The team works onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with initial training onsite for approximately 2 weeks. The work involves collaboration with engineering and different supply chain teams. The pay range for this position is $33.33 – $34.00\/hr.<\/p>\n
